The Defense, Security, and Justice sector, despite playing a prominent societal role, faces challenges in hiring new employees due to insufficient awareness.

  • Devise innovative approaches to identify prospective candidates, comprehend their motivations, and attract seasoned professionals to join Deloitte's Defense, Security, and Justice sector.

  • Three short branded content videos to reach the many users on social media platforms, an innovative interactive experience to provide connection, and a user journey map outlining the current and future process of recruitment.

  • As a visual designer within the creative team, I played a role in the research and concepting phases, even assisting the research team with data affinitization. In the concluding weeks, I took on the role of lead process book designer, dedicating my focus to crafting a comprehensive document highlighting our 10-week collaborative efforts for presentation to Deloitte.

The Green Room Experience

Employing a distinctive method of engagement, the introduction of The Green Room—an escape room concept—during the recruitment phase is an exhilarating way to streamline the onboarding process at Deloitte. It establishes connections prior to formal integration, fostering a sense of camaraderie among recruits.

In order to provide Deloitte representatives with a firsthand experience of our discoveries, our team crafted a brief "Green Room Experience" as a precursor to our final presentation. Collaborating to solve various puzzles and unlock challenges, the representatives witnessed the synergy and teamwork integral to the experience.

During a 10-week period, our team comprising 12 students and 2 professors exceeded Deloitte's expectations by transforming their initial request into unforeseen solutions.

From the outset, we divided our team into two smaller units: Research and Creative. Although everyone contributed to the development of the final products, each group leveraged their unique talents to craft these highly successful deliverables.
